folks, star-traveller needs one thread only!

I say we get Neo to give star-traveller his very own, USA SUCKS - MY OBSESSION. Kind of like Cyrus' Ultimate Palestine Rules, JEWS SUCK thread.

Actually if star-traveller would be a nice guy, he could do it him self..... what says you???

I'm actually going to say no, since every post he makes is just another piece of the puzzle that is ST.

It's pretty clear where his loyalties lie, but my recommendation would be to cool it or at least keep it down from wherever he's cutting and pasting from...

I like his threads and I dont think there is anything wrong with them,you kids dont like them,just simply dont read them.

I think its on the verge of spam.

Hes cool in my book.

Most of its just localised news for the larger part, theres a lot of it, 90% of it I've read about between 24hours to 2-3 days ago anyway.
Maybe just hit Mr Neo up for a 'current affairs' thread where people can just throw in news articles of interest and we pick through that, because there are a LOT of them...

some original content would be nice, if we wanted nothing but the opinions of the press we wouldn't come here.

it's annoying but oh well.

most of it is Russian and is the equivalent of western OP/EDs (left over from their heavy propaganda days i guess) i like to read them.

Its a bit bloody sad when you can have a more civilised argument in the COR about the serious subject of raising children than you can here which tends to follow the endless, cyclic arguments about-
Middle East sucks
Imperial USA sucks
Someone shot an aircraft down
Russia sucks

Set on repeat, I counted the threads on the page yesterday, about 80% of it was basically that and current events, couple of joke threads, couple of variety threads and that was more or less it.
Theres a lot happening in the big wide world and making a topic out of some journos regurgitated crap without much more than a couple of words after a huge cut and past is hardly a really great debate.

This thread is pretty silly, it might even have warranted a supension back in the day when PDD was alot better, and moderated on a regular basis. I don't see why he should be banned or whatever because you don't like his threads which bruises your nationalistic ego. People.

EDIT: Consider using the ignore button if you have such a big problem with him/his threads.

Please, just because you have issue with your own Nation that has given you oppurtunities to better your self, doesn't mean that Me, Q or anyone else from America shares your SICK view of the USA. Yes our country is focked up, but to hate on it in the matter that you do and just did is shameful.....

Oh for the love of the gods man, you know what I am trying to say, and no I am not drunk...... just getting tired of the "USA is so fucking bad/evil/messed up but I can't stop talking about it" mentality that has taken over PDD...

Its funny how some people want star-traveller to have his own thread, while they should have one for themselves as well known on their one-sided arguments ;-) and I am not calling names here, I am just pointing out the double standards.

In all honesty I tend not to read anything he posts but his topic line, but he's up to 9 out of 30 of the front page, non-sticky posts...hard to ignore. I realize there's a lot out there, but when 1/3 of the front page are your posts, you're posting too much.

Is there any way to make it so you can only post 1 or 2 new topics a day? You don't have to ban anyone, but maybe make them a little more choosy, instead of throwing up every story they come across.

Considering our foreign policy, it's no surprise, not to mention our domectic policy is more aweful than ever too now.
