lazy

so today is my first day off in months that i am actually wide awake during the day (i work grave shift). usually on my days off i stay up all night and watch tv or do nothing, because there isn't much else to do in the middle of the night where i live. and today it's light out and i am still sitting on the couch doing nothing (and reading TA). i feel like a slacker.

i work 3rd too and i was surprised i was up by like, noon. i've got shit i gotta do but i'm too lazy to get off of ta and take a shower

graves kick ass. the people are really nice, they work more as a team, and the extra 20% on top of base salary is sweet. it just sucks when i have to go to meetings during the day. i've had to switch my sleep schedule twice this week.

production supervisor. i work 4 pm to 6 am typically (not every day)

so after 8 hours of doing nothing, i am going to happy hour now. not a bad day after all.

4 PM to 6 AM is 14 hours.

No wonder they give her 20% over the base salary to keep her happy.

maybe i'll change the picture. i look a lot younger there than i do now. it was like 4 years ago. and i was dancing.

my shift is officially 12 hours but when you are salaried you have to work the hours it takes to get the job done. and i take an hour long break each night. plus my schedule is only two or three day weeks so the 14 hours isn't that big of a deal. it's the occasional 16 hour days that can get a little tiring. but it will be worth it when i get promoted.
