my hard on is disappearing

ever since i installed Linux, shit on my hard disk has been just, j00fed disappearing. First, my complete D0ST: The Second Season (Dutch LOST, so it's legal yo!) goes j00fed. now 40 gigs of completely legal mixes/remixes from Mr Mystery goes j00fed. My pics of Paperbag have j00fed. My uncopyrighted HD-porn is j00fed.

it's an 80 gb hard disk, filled with 65 gigs of VOID.
The only mp3 available to listen to is Dj Tiesto - Flight 643 (Vodka 2005 Cheeky Remix) (Set Rip)-enTc.mp3 and i don't remember a girl giggling in the backround (and plus, it's become an Unmodifiable file.

my neighbor has a daughter. could it be her? should i walk over there right now, break through her window and shoot her? what if the police find out? will they report me to the RIAA?
