An Irvine cop ejaculates on a motorist but escapes criminal liability
By R. SCOTT MOXLEY
Thursday, February 8, 2007 - 3:00 pm
No one disputes that an on-duty Irvine police officer got an erection and ejaculated on a motorist during an early-morning traffic stop in Laguna Beach. The female driver reported it, DNA testing confirmed it and officer David Alex Park finally admitted it.

When the case went to trial, however, defense attorney Al Stokke argued that Park wasnt responsible for making sticky all over the womans sweater. He insisted that she made the married patrolman make the messafter all, she was on her way home from work as a dancer at Captain Cream Cabaret.

She got what she wanted, said Stokke. Shes an overtly sexual person.

So strippers no longer have the right to chose who they have sex with?

/media/New Volume/Music/John O Callaghan & Kearney - Exactly (Original Mix).mp3

but they do have a right to think. kind of like that girl who worked at mcdonalds and gave a fake policeman a lapdance/blowjob as part of an investigation he was doing because the manager said someone might have stolen $20 from the cash register

edit?

Lightbulb

Personally, I think the jury was not the best to have in this case:
50 and 60 year olds? c'mon. It's a bunch of old foggies with the old fashioned mentality: if she's a stripper, she's a WHORE!
In the other hand if it would have been a younger jury - let's say mid 30's or even 25, I bet you $10 bucks he would've been found guilty

nothing wrong with being a whore. just:
1. don't be ugly
2. don't be stupid
3. don't use #2 to sue everyone
4. reassure #1, cus that's the most important

hhahha that's awesome.

Posted by jdat on Feb-10-2007 19:19:

seems like the case wasn't against him but against her.

I read the whole story and it was so messed up
I can't believe the judge let some of these statements be made without doing anything

Posted by RandomGirl on Feb-10-2007 20:34:

This is so fucked up and wrong. I seriously hope that this goes to a retrial.

Posted by idoru on Feb-10-2007 20:35:

... wow.

Posted by RandomGirl on Feb-10-2007 20:57:

Gah! This is bugging me.

With the way this case turned out, it is opening the flood gates for similar cases to end this way.

"She is a stripper, so she wanted it", could become "she is a hot college girl with a skanky outfit on, she wanted it" etc. etc.

This is such a dangerous thing to pass. They just agreed that the cop had a right to violate the woman because she was a stripper. That she can be forcefully attacked in a sexual manner, and in the eyes of the law, it is ok.

This is beyond fucked up. I hope this starts a public uproar and this shit gets fixed. Total bullshit!

The last time I got jury duty, they brought a small group of us into the courtroom and then selected names out of our group to sort of 'interview' jurors. I never got picked once, and I suspect it's because it was a drug-related case and I was the only person in the potential jury under the age of 40. They ended up choosing several 60+ men and women to decide whether or not this man who was on trial for possession of cocaine gets several years of his life taken away from him. In the interview process, they even straight-up asked each person what their stance on drug use was and all of them seemed to agree that doing drugs was a wholly "immoral" act.

Fuck this country and fuck its people.

The cop is obviously a pig, and everyone knows he's a pig. It's bullshit he didn't get charged guilty though.

I have an even bigger problem with the lawyer who argued his case. i know that everyone is entitled to the best defense possible, and all that stuff, but come on...

How does this lawyer sleep at night after defending pigs like this?
