Free file sharing over 100MB?

Are there any YouSendIt.com / Speedyshare type services which are free and can send over 100MB, preferably without "waiting tickets" or having to log in? For example, for easily sharing livesets with my little brother?

I can always use my webspace, but if there's such a service I'd rather use that.

You can upload up to 300 MB on http://www.sendspace.com/. I don't think they have a waiting ticket.
