Casino Royale - question about bad guy

The bad dude in the film has a metal puffer for his ventolin inhaler, and I was curious if any of you might have some feedback as to where someone could purchase one of these. I want to look bad ass when I need to breathe :P Any info would be great. Thank you.

No can do. I tried. Just picture the plastic container around the compressed cannister of ventolin, but stainless steel and an almost darker powder coated gray mouthpiece cover.

Not here. The cannisters come in a blue plastic puffer with your prescription sticker wrapped all around it. Looks pretty cheesy, actually.
