Tracks that HAVE to be pitched up...
Ever listen to a track and wonder why the producer didn't speed it up?
One track I ALWAYS pitch up (and dramatically) is Yellow Blackbird - Superfly (Andy Moor Remix). 127 is just too slow for that track!
So what're some of your tracks you pitch or wish were pitched up more?
Arksun - Arisen (Airbase pres Parc remix).
i usually have a prob with tracks being too fast. i like it when it when a tune is given room to breathe and doesnt sound forced. which is why i dont dig alot of todays trance

Ferry Corsten - rock ya body rock
and
Tiesto - traffic
Porno - Music Power & Trentemoller - Killer Kat
Um it's not really trance but it's a track called "Mercy Follows" by this producer named Ryan Farish. I like some of his tracks, esp on his first album (although some are WAY too sappy/new agey, esp on his second album, they remind me of Yanni). The melody on that one is nice, but the percussion and bassline is totally out of sync and should be much faster than it is. It's like it's screaming to be a dance track, but the guy couldn't decide if he wanted it to be some really relaxing track or one you can dance to. It's like maybe 115 BPM or so (dunno for sure) but it should be at least 125. The guy kind of follows Robert Mile's formula on his early music (pianos and dance beats basically) but he can't really make good percussion. Think he should stick to just playing the piano, cause he knows melody. He's worse than most amateur trance producers at creating beats/percussion. Some of his music is pretty cringe worthy...
Orgine - Sanctuary (Lemon8 Remix)

armins remix of iio - "rapture" sometimes you felt that it was going to grind to a halt at any moment on its own accord unless you pitched it up a tiny bit
straight of the bat.
kim sanders - food for thought (humate dub)
Ofra haza - love song (Mike & Zigi Remix)
the tiesto mix of klea - "tic toc". always felt it had to be over atleast +6 else it sounded way too pedestrian

Aquanuts - Deep Sea(Martin Eyerer Mix)
Romanthony - Never Fuck
Sonny Dare - The Escape <------ killer track btw
I think pretty much every track mentioned so far is too fast. I like them at 125-130. Brings out the rhythm.
