bt remixes his own tune
very interesting stuff
Very interesting. I've been producing myself for a few years now, but nevertheless it's very cool to see this.
I love the man
Thanks a lot for these videos. I find it really interesting to see how he uses Reason.
He uses Floops. I feel eternally justified.

I just watched 10 minutes of him listening to random hihat samples. Was this supposed to have a point of some kind?
thats also a very old video.. old studio setup.
no new maudio bx5 monitors, old apple displays..
I know he uses logic and stuff now..
but FLS is the bomb.

| Originally posted by RapidFire its a good video for people that want to get into producing. he runs down the basics of the process he uses when remixing a track. and its nice for his fans to get a lilttle insight into how he works. now why dont you actually try watching the whole thing... |

Funny that he mentiones Mac so many times in the last video.
He out of all should know a PC works just as well.
The interviewer's question was 'on a Mac'. He did mention that he liked to use FLS in one of the first two videos, which is PC-only.
Perhaps the video was for a Mac promotional or Mac-specific purpose, so the interviewer would be specifically directing her question to be Mac-centric.
It's also easy to look at the youtube notes.. avoids silly questions.
"Video provided by MacAddict in 2002 of BT showing how he goes about creating a remix. He remixes "The Revolution" ... "

It's awful how little interest the interviewers show in his remixing techniques. o_O
I always have to marvel at his ability to give the right (or at least good sounding) answers, no matter how trivial the questions are and the mac questions were bloatedly trivial.
Thanks for the videos, very interesting!
Interesting video, but I wanted to kill the female interviewer.
