Can anybody give a better review than just "it sucks" or "worst movie ever"?

I for one am a Nick Cage fan. I also like the Ghost Rider story (as it stands in the comic books). But after seeing previews and trailers, I'm still not fully convinced that this is a movie I want to spend a ticket price on. I just can't see Nick Cage as the Ghost Rider.

You can do what I do and watch it from the drive in by my house. Or do what most people do and go see a movie you want to see and just stay for ghost rider.

Here's a more in-depth review (from me).

1. When the actual "Ghost Rider" was on screen, not Nic Cage as Johnny Blaze, I enjoyed the movie a lot. Yeah, there was quite a bit of CGI, but I thought they pulled off the essence of the character pretty well.

2. Everything else pretty much sucked. The story was poorly written, it was rushed and had little, if any, character development.

3. Just because you make the bad guys look goth doesn't mean they look evil. Add that to the fact that Ghost Rider didn't seem to have all that much trouble with any of them, and it was really a pretty weak group of antagonists.

4. I couldn't tell if this movie was trying to be serious, cliche or campy at times. All of each were seemingly thrown in with equal measures. If it stuck to one or the other it would have been more palatable.

They took the depth and uniqueness of the Ghost Rider character and completely destroyed it with a poorly written and acted monstrosity.

The story " Ghost Rider" has great potential...once I heard Nick Cage was in it, I knew it was going to suck and they were going to rely on CG to make it neat. I really dislike most of Nick Cages movies but there are a few I do enjoy.

I went to see this last night at the bargain theatre for 3 bucks. My friends told me it was so bad it was good. They were right.

The movie consisted of 9th grade acting with obvious plots a 7 year old could follow, cliche Spanish guitar riffs over gay Texas backflashes, glossed over tree with "blah & blah forever" encrypted on it, the most common lines ever heard one of which I was surprised didn't end in "...are belong to me," and oh yeah in the beginning the demon's shadow looked like one of those cartoon characters from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. God only knows why Mexican Jessica Simpson (forgot her name) immediately falls in love with an OLD UGLY Nicholas Cage billions of years later, setting off the most basic vomiting premise that love overcomes all.

There were about 25 people in the theatre. 5 left in the middle. 15 laughed their asses off. 2 shhhhhhed us, but we ignored them.

I seriously think this movie was made to suck on purpose. Nobody could have possibly made such a terrible movie and thought it was good.

Best line from the movie (and of course a backflash) "Instead of using cars, we could use HELICOPTERS!"

Yeah ok, instead of cars, let's use can-can dancers!
