So, I finaly got some few houres to spare to music today. wohoo! and I made this.

Greetings, maestro...

Good marching snare. Wow... I love the whimpering viola-ish strings below those majestic brass. It's really sounding like a Romanesque piece with dramatic discovery and thought.

I won't comment on mixing issues for now. But I will say that I was WOWED by your choir and ethnic drum combination. I was basically shocked to shivers down the spine.

Subtle european flute influence. Then the war drums come back into full force for a pompous display of chords that make me think of a battle retold by an old veteran. It's like a dirge to the fallen... quality.

The low strings at 4:30 are sure ominous. It makes me think of a dark castle with the black Lord overshadowing his minions. It would be perfect if you made the strings scary instead of euphoric (a good exchange of themes there).

Where did you get these choir samples? They sure leave the song with a bang.

I concur that this would make a good game soundtrack... even a makeshift intro video to some glorious campaign. It woudl take just a little more work, but you're not far off.

All in all... good job.

thanks man!

Hey,

this is really really cool!

Perfect atmosphere throughout. The trumpets sound a little thin.
Drums at 1:30 are very detailed, and feel quite "real".

The music gets more dramatic now, were moving into war!
Wow, I can really imagine how the savage barbarians siege the gates of Rome. Legions of roman soldiers march into battle without fear!
4:20 - time for the slow-motion, dreamlike perspective. The the choirs sound again. Victory! Victory eternal to Rome!

Man, this is so cool, I have quite a passion for good soundtracks, and this is

It might need some better samples or instruments at some points. The way you put it all together is brilliant however. Keep it up!
