Grey's Anatomy song id please

I was just wondering if anyone happens to watch Grey's and caught the show tonight and can tell me what the last song was that they played. The lyrics go something like this "you tell me that you love me, but you never want to see me again" I have search and search and have had no luck. Please and Thank you!!

Grey's always introduces awesome new songs on the show. How to Save a Life by the Fray was first played on Grey's and so was Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol. Sorry I don't know the name of the song, but it was a good one!
