Anyone fancy taco bell? Must see for those who fancy NYC fast food. (safe for work)

The real ingredient in a Taco Bell taco!

The whole Taco Bell chain should be shut down.

Last time I ate in that neighborhood was like over 10 years ago when I went for a slice of Pizza next to west 4th street train station and while having my slice in the back yard, I see a huge cat run off for its life and a huge ass rat (bigger then that cat) ran accross the yard and into the property of another place where there were a lot of people that in 15 seconds cleared that space running and screaming from same rat. (I calmly finished eatting and left to never come back there again for food)

Would you like some rat poison on your taco???

Taco Bell Meat is i think one grade up from dogmeat. shits horrible.
I remember going to arc one of the nights i think EdgarV was there and while I'm waiting outside I saw a rat the size of a fucking cat dragging a garbage bag across the street. HAHA!I always feel kinda eh eating out in the city only cause I've worked in restaurants before and I know what they get away with especially in the city

i've only been there once or twice and that was back in 93 when i first came to the US.... i hear their food is pretty gross

That's why I'm a halal-cart-fiend, my friends, to be honest, I have less qualms about eating meat from that thing (since it's practically sealed shut every night) than I do in fast-food restaurants... It's sooo good.

halal cart?

Posted by zachias31 on Feb-24-2007 07:11:

hmmm, halal....

Posted by misterpink on Feb-24-2007 07:40:

That's why I've given up on fast food. I will only eat at mom and pop places where I can see them make the food...even then, you have to be careful.

Posted by partyhopper on Feb-24-2007 08:09:

Doesn't that location also house a KFC?

I wonder what the effect will be on other food places in that area

It's those really long carts (not hot dog carts) that have a sort of diner-like stove on it.. They have a spinning stick of halal-lamb and shave off however much you want... I always keep it simple and get lamb on pita, but most people I know get rice with whatever meat they get... mmmm.... It's the best food in the city, and healthy for you (relatively speaking... eating a bit of lamb, pita, and vegetables is a lot healthier than any of the processed garbage in the fast food spots)... I think there's one on 28th street and 10th avenue for people coming out of Crobar, early in the morning, you should try it if you ever see one.

These mofos even have a website. ROTFL.

Theres a guy by my house that sells a plate for $5 with soda included. The white sauce kicks ass, however, CAUTION with the hot sauce. It isnt that crappy hot sauce u get from fast food places like Taco Bell/Popeyes/KFC. Its middle eastern hot sauce that makes u burn a hole in ure stomach. IM NEVER TRYING THAT SHIT AGAIN.
