Plowh4xed.

For the last two hours there have been 3 snow plows circling our building clearing all the parking nearby - and every two seconds, all I hear is the sound of them backing up "BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP" reverborating throughout our apartment.

Everyone here has been woken up by them, and no one can get back to sleep. After a night of hippie flipping and only getting about 3 and a half hours of sleep, I was really looking forward to a good nights rest - now it's 3 in the morning, and I've been awake for almost two hours just waiting for it to get fucking quiet around here again.

I fucking hate winter and can't wait until I get out of the shithole that is Wisconsin.

You should come visit me sometime. I've never heard a plow in my life.

the only solution is to put snow balls in your freezer and wip them at those damn bastards until they leave.

Why are they starting so early? Ours usually start at about 5-6 ish. Or is there THAT much snow that they need 3 plows for that long?

If it's any consolation the walls in my house are like plasterboard. Sometimes I can hear everything my next door neighbours are up too and it's bloody disturbing in fact add to that they've got a baby that wails like an alarm at 7am on a Saturday morning no fail.

lol @ all the aussies in this thread

they always come here at night and just tear appart any hope of sleep.I know its an essential service, but you still sometimes feel like putting up a barricade to save from the scraping and beaping, and worst of all the barely literate french canadian shouting at the top of his lungs.

I've never even seen snow, nevermind enough for it to be ploughed

We got 16-20 inches in the last 24 hours

Beyond that, I just looked outside, and thanks to the plows, there is now snow up to the windows on my car on all sides - which means I get to spend yet another morning digging cars out of the snow.

I seriously fucking hate Wisconsin.

It's fun to go skiing in and an excuse to drink hard spirits, aside from that, it's not fun at all unless you're utterly ripped.

go snowboarding on mushrooms...im not kidding it makes you better

I seriously might just bail on every responsibility I have today and go ride - might as well make some use of this rubbish.

Definitely go snowboarding. It's really fun. I did it once. Broke my arm because naturally it's a good idea to go to the highest jump when it's your first time. After that got dumped by my girlfriend for yelling "Call the fucking ambulance, bitch!"

Good times.

so the roads didn't clear by morning? i'm beginning to think it wouldn't have made a difference when we left sunday..
