Ok guys I'm wondering if Ayla is one guy (like DJ, Producer....)
or is it just some other name for Taucher????
or how is it ????

i used to think taucher was ayla too...
read some misleading information in a party flyer...

but now i know better.. taucher just did a remix of ayla - ayla or something like that....

DJ Tandu (Ingo Kunzi) did wrote & produce Ayla - Atlantis with DJ Allan McLoud (Allen Michie), Ayla - Ayla with Taucher (Ralph Armand Beck) and Ayla - Ayla part II with Taucher & Torsten Stenzel. Taucher also remixed Ayla with Torsten Stenzel as mentioned earlier.. After these trax Ingo Kunzi has been writing & producing Ayla trax alone.

Ayla owns.

Thats intressting... I thought all Ayla tracks were Tandu and Taucher together...

Hmm, Taucher remixed the track 3 yrs before ('96) than Ferry & Vincent ('99), so they borrowed some elements from Taucher's remix, not vice versa.

I kinda lost interest after the original Ayla and Ayla II, so did Ayla the artist (Tandu) produce anything good after that. I noticed a bit of cheese insinuation at the top of the thread, but I seriously liked these trax...especially the Veracocha mix. So anything else worth checking out?

IMO Tandu hasn't done anything special as Ayla after Ayla trax (except remixes), but he has done lots of good work with other aliases too. Here's something DJ Tandu related i have and to choose from:

It's actually not DJ Tandu, it's called The Untamed - Innocent Child (DJ Tandu remix) 5:53

GRIM...wicked list man, thanks, I'll be sure to check some of those tracks out...now that my interest is somewhat rekindled.

I heard that Taucher was in the project in the begining, but after that Tandu took the project by himself.

By the way i want to say that Ayla is the second best trance project after Robert Miles. Even if you dont agree on that i am pretty sure that nobody would say that Ayla suck. Or that Ayla isnt one of your favorite trance projects of all time!!

yeah remionds me, i see gouryella is going to be solely taken over by corsten now as tiesto is so busy, a single is due out soon, hope it dosent loose its touch. speaking along the same lines... tiesto didnt write & compose urban train alone it was co-written with ronald van gelderen who also did a remix for the unforgetable tenshi by gouryella. sory to lead off the topic a bit

It's not that off topic because on most trax the artists usually have another person co-producing the track, even if it's not on common knowledge..
