I just saw the lineup for this thing....are u kidding me? Tiesto, PVD, Ferry Corsten, SVD, Carl Cox, Sasha and Digweed, David Guetta, Roger Sanchez, Fatboy Slim, Deep Dish, Sander K, Danny Tenaglia, Christopher Lawrence, Mauro Picotto, Benni Benassi etc... Forget Trance Energy, this is THE event. Has anyone ever been to this thing? Is anyone planning on going?

It's at WMC in Miami.

I went last year, but I had a press pass which got me in free and gave me access to everything.

Fun party, cool experience...but I wouldn't go again if I had to pay for it.

You are about to get some seriously sarcastic responses.

Ultra Music Fesitival has been around for years, this is the 8th(?) version or so. They always have massive line ups, it's nothing new.

The only problem is that since there are so many big names, most acts only play an hour or so.

There are also a handful of TA's who make the trip every March, so yes some people from here do go.

Yeah...it seems like such a waste of money. Why people would pay for that when they can just catch any of those acts at a smaller party throughout the week is beyond me.

But I guess, yeah, it's for the experience.


There was so much to do that I didn't know what to do, lol. I spent most of my time wandering around trying to find where to buy cigarettes!

welll u can see all of em through out the year.. in diff venues playin longer sets.
Im sure the tickets are pretty expensive
I personally would never pay to see each of em play for an hour
it sounds really good but iunno if its that much fun seein EVERYONE all at once like that :S
