it's massive, in terms of networking, it literally looks like a spider's web

I'm suprized Kiev didn't make it there, it's fairly impressive too

Our subway is so sad in comparison...makes you wonder... all these "old-world" cities with kick-ass subway systems and us over here with the useless beast that is Downsview station only coming 2nd to the nearly-useless sheppard line.

Posted by geroin on Mar-01-2007 06:18:

moscow subway should be #1, no competition
i've been to the one in paris and you cannot even compare, not sure about londons..

Posted by Endlesswave on Mar-01-2007 06:19:

London's is amazing, I love travelling it. Berlin's is pretty cool I thought it was the largest but I was wrong.

subways are great, yet boring no view outside and dark. I enjoy the Sky train here in vancouver, what a awesome view if you ride it! Its small yet fast cant compare to big systems

check out the video, you will see what i mean about the moscow one
probably the most beautiful in terms of design and architecture.

i think london's is #1 because it is the oldest and the largest..

edit: moscow's is not much smaller

Used it for the first time not too long ago, and I just could not believe the size. The traffic through the station during mid-day, did not warrant that much investment.

Why isn't the TTC listed?

I absolutely detest the TTC. It makes me want to throw up. It was worse when I lived in Scarberia and the stupid SRT would not be in service when I needed to get somewhere (work, school, badminton, etc) for a certain time. UUGH!
