Jester HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY to all Leap Day TA's!!!

HAPPY UNBIRTHDAY to all Leap Day TA's!!!

Any others out there?

Little known facts about leap day: There is no leap day in a millenium year that is not divisible by 400. Anyone born on a leap day before 1900 or 2100 has no birthday for 8 years. In the year 3000, there would normally be a leap day since it's divisible by 400, but to adjust the calendar, we silly humans take it out. I'm not particularly concerned about that one, however.

Thanks a lot everyone! I spent my birthday (well, or maybe I didn't since I didn't have one this year? ) at Griffith Observatory. The view across LA on the freezing cold, windy night of March 1st was really stunning...wish I had brought a camera and tripod, but it still wouldn't have been the same.

If you want to go there, just make reservations in advance and then get on the bus (which is powered by virgin soybean oil, don't ask me...) at the zoo...

Maybe we should do a TA meetup there sometime, I would def. go back since there's not nearly enough time to see everything in one night! Woot woot...insanely busy week, but I have emerged for the weekend!

The fine print: The content, visuals, and sound of the program in the Samuel Oschin Planetarium are likely to be disorienting and/or disturbing for children under five.

I would add that this might also apply to anyone smoking weed immediately before the show...
