Bell Mobility Question
Ok so I pay the $15 a month to have Bell to Bell National calling. Pretty much I can call any bell mobility customer anywhere in canada.
I got this since my GF moved to TO last year. So I've had no problems with it until about 3 months ago.
My bill comes and I am charged for all the calls I made to her as long distance even though she is a bell mobility customer. So I have to call and have them credit me back. First time it happened it was not a big deal, i thought whatever they made a mistake.
They promised to fix it. Well they didnt. Today I recieved my 5th bill in a row with this problem. I am sick of calling them every fucking month to fix this.
Can I cancel my contract with them due to this, and not pay any fines or whatnot for canceling?? Any advice would be great. What can I do or get out of this?? I feel like they are trying to scam me out of my money!!
Thanks

your screwed..
best bet is to pay the penalty and leave Bell!
They probably won't let you cancel. When you call Bell Mobility with a problem, if it is not fixed on the spot than it does not get fixed at all. Their system does not have a mechanism that reminds them of problems to be fixed.

I hate Bell. Their service is horrible.
Wow thats fucking dumb.
Today I just screamed at the guy and called him pretty much every name in the book. Oh man was I fuming. I was one sentence short of saying im gona fucking kill you...lol
the worst thing is that after he finished telling me it was all fixed now, i know for a fact that when my next bill comes i will have the same problem.
Well. That's nice.
Screaming at someone who's not the cause of your problem and is the one to try to fix your problem.
Don't shoot the guy who's just part of the system.
Heck, if someone's screaming at me, I wouldn't want to help them to the best of my ability.

I asked him to talk to his manager and he said NO..so that tells me that he wants to take FULL responsibility! |
i have gone through so many fights with phone companies its not even funny..
to tell you the truth, like people say.."the customer is alwyas right"
remember that you are a valued customer and they need you business. so start of with who ever you get on the phone...probable a person with a heavy accent. tell them nicely that this is the 5th time its happened. tell them its a big inconveinience for you to call and straighten it out every time. tell them to fix it..if they say we will then say that its happened 5 times..then ask for the manager..explain shit to him and tell them you want to be compensated for your inconvienecne. threaten to quit your service due to breach of contract. scare them with dropping the word "lawyer" in there soemwhere...then tell will at least fix it...best case you will get free months service or somethign
right now i have 3 free months unlimited calling becuase i bitched to my company
oh yea ps...dont scream at them...i was a phone rep for the longest time...and if someone screamed at me i would do everythign possible to piss them off...and then just fuck em over and not do n e thign about it
so be polite lol
pss lol
one way they do fuck you over is that if you are charged $100 extra and u catch them they will take it off..however they take off $100..but they dont take off the taxes and/or interest on that 100$ so make sure u tell them to take off the taxes....it isnt much but that pisses me off
just out of curiousity....
did you ever consider calling bell and asking them?
i have a feeling that they might have an answer.
remember to that loyal customers are valued a lot more than having to attract new customers...
Therefore these cellphone companies will do anything to keep your business...so give them a call.
I have this prob w/ Rogers. They are billing me for every min I use the phone. Even though I have free after 6pm & weekends free.
This happened when I upgraded my Treo 600 to the 680

Ok to asnwer to all the people that think im an ASS!
I really do try not to be a prick, because I know what it is like to deal with poeple in customer service.
The first time I called I was really nice, no tone or anything, just wanted the problem fixed. Second time i was nice as well. Third time i started gettin a little pissed, and was very firm but not rude. Forth time I am really pissed, and was almost wanting to yell, but I kept my composure. The 5th Time...I am sorry but thats it....thats enough.
They are STEALING!!! my money. 5 TIMES IN A ROW, is NOT FINE!!
There is just NO WAY i can be polite to someone that takes my money. I know its not the reps fault, but he is the one i get to talk to, and they are the ones that are supposed to fix my problem.
I have been a customer for 3 years, and its really annoying having to correct their mistakes all the time.

And they charged me a late payment fee for not paying on time... it was 20 cents.. and i didnt wanna pay it since its not my fault. If they send me the correct bill on time then i will pay it on time. |

And to most people i speak to have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR ACCOUNTS!!! . People get your facts straight do some research and then jump onto the bandwagon. Expecting low rate plans and changing providers just because of hype and phones dont generally get you anywhere but trouble. As i said earlier the grass isnt greener on the other side.
