glad they are bringing it back!

these were some of the best parties at the WMC and free as well


at the Surfcomber on friday the 23rd - appears to be doors at noon and live on bbc1 at 2pm.

per bbc1:
On March 23rd we'll be broadcasting live from the Surfcomber Hotel in Miami as part of the Winter Music Conference. We'll have mixes from Erick Morillo and Cedric Gervais plus Fedde Le Grand, David Guetta, Sharam, Armand Van Helden, BobSinclar and more will be hanging out.

note - this is based on the small info on the bbc1 site as well as what Pete Tong said on his show today...

Very excited for this..

I was at Global Gathering for the Radio 1 party.. plus a bunch of the Parties for the Radio 1 week in Ibiza.. it is worth it just to hear Pete.

BBC is back , and right across from my hotel , im gettign there early as hell on friday to avoid it getting filled up liek it usually does. this shoudl eb a dope as the variety of genres that bbc will bring to the party, so far there are soem of the best in houser and mnml, not to mention the many djs that will show up to hang out at the surfcomber

any info on tickets?

the Surfcomber is a much smaller than Nikki Beach so i'd say early arrival is a must...

yeah that really sucks...id honestly rather just pay. with that lineup and the fact thats its free its gonna be an absolute mess and I know ill still be hurtin from sasha and digweed the night before. im still gonna attempt to queue up for this though.

Hurting will be worth hearing Pete Tong.. and then hearing the rebroadcast knowing you were there.

His spinning is nothing special but his voice is legendary...

pete wont be playing most likely...hes just hosting his show. and yeah hes nowhere near the greatest DJ but his show is the best out there. cant wait to finally be a part of it.

he plays but its not really a DJ set - just him playing tunes as he does every friday...

Oh. i figured the guy was some amazing dj live. So how does he expect to fill up cameo when its only him i beleive? seems like there is more to him - i would think.

heard his voice live for the first time last summer during Radio 1 week @ The Essential Selection.....I associate his voice as that of dance music.

He is the voice and prime purveyor of dance music and I love him, but he is SO boring to see DJ live.

Pete Tong has done crazy, great sets @ Ultra the times he's been there.

Im sure there are a couple that loved he's set at Ultra the times he's been there, cause Ive seen some rave reviews about he's sets.

The thing about Pete Tong its that you are certain to hear some unreleased or unheard that track that's bound to be THE TUNEEE afterwards. Its happened before and it'll keep happening.
