"southern trance"
Hello Trance Addicts !
I was wondering if you guys could help me out abit !
Thing is this :
I am looking for trance tunes that have a southern feel to it .. by southern i mean acoustic guitars and all of that ..
some examples
- Shah projects such as sunlounger, high noon at salinas, global experience
- Jose Gonzales - Crosses
- Perhaps a little bit of sunhump 2k6 style ..
- Stuff like Maurice - Feline is also nice to fit in (snakecharm'ish)
- Sergio Marques - Morningside
Thats the kind of tunes I'm looking for 
If you know any, please feel free to tell them, it would be much appreciated

Taiko - Silence. Great southern / western feel on the guitar like sound in the breakdown - well from a Brits point of view anyway.

Jesse perez- "Someone like me". cool track , nice guitar melody. also check out "Broken Dreams" has a more latin guitar vibe, but you might like.

but is that i dun rly remember any tracks that sound kinda like that...
Euphoria - Sweet Rain (The GHQ Interpretation)
I'll post a sample if you can't find it.
Euphoria (a production duo) fuse electronic music with six-string guitar. That Garry Hughes mix is an especially trancy version of their single Sweet Rain.
Some may not call this trance, but Underworld - Bigmouth has a very southern feel, what with the harmonica and stuff, and IMO is very trancy.
so you're only looking for tracks with guitars in them? i don't really see how that is just considered 'southern trance'. guitars are not just found in the south, they're everywhere...
if you're looking for trance by southern producers, you can check out my shit (), or even go into florida breaks... it's obviously breaks and not trance but it might be something similar to the vibes that you're looking for... and although he's from the UK, russ james - redneck (original mix) would be worth it for you to check out.
if this doesn't help, just let me know and i'll try and find exactly what you're searching for...

Haven't really heard of southern before but may I suggest
Space we are-Ronski Speed thats got some nice acoustic guitar sounds to it.
