Help find this rare beat plz

I downloaded a song called Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun (DJ Tiesto Remix), and at the beginning of the song there was this really rare song that's in the clip I posted here. They were mixed together... Probably from a mix but I have no clue which one... Please help!
