a co-worker went to the jungle party there on sat and said the sound was decent.
I won't feel so bad for skipping Kaskade @ TIL now.
now as long as Farina brings the tunes he gave us at Sonic but we see a crowd more like his Stereo set late last year...I'll be happy. Music was top notch at Sonic, but it was packed and a million degrees in there...Stereo crowd was great, but the tunes were a bit too chill.
apparently his is quite techy these days from recent charts and mixes

Its that time again....Mark Farina Time!! Next Saturday April 14th at the Docks. All is well again at 11 Polson street as we get set for a string of great parties..First off...
Mark is coming to town on his HOUSE OF OM CD tour and will be joined by local 9 piece house band King Sunshine! Wow what a combo! F.Y.I. We will transforming the Docks by building a DJ booth up from the floor in front of the stage. This will create a much more intimate experience for Mark and the people on the dancefloor. The ceiling height will be dropped to create an 'industry' type feel with lots of warm spring colors in the decor and general theme. Mature theme, mature crowd, mature beats....can u say maturity?? This party is for grown ups!
Here are the set times..Keep in mind ...Mark is playing an extended 4 hour set starting at 12:30am!! Spread the word. This set will cover both his Mushroom Jazz style and House of OM sounds so get your dancing shoes ready. Coming off of the live King Sunshine set should be something special and not to be missed.

Also just announced Industry Summer Magic will be returning to the Docks...just a little ahead of summer this year ...Long Weekend Sunday May 20th...the complete lineup will be released shortly. Make sure you mark the date down its coming fast.
