Underworld and Oakenfold at the Hollywood Bowl???

Could Underworld be coming to LA this Summer?? Paul Oakenfold, Carmen Rizzo, and special guest are playing on September 9, 2007 at the Hollywood Bowl for the KCRW/Electronica music night. If you go to Carmen Rizzo�s site at http://www.carmenrizzo.com/latest_news.html he says that Underworld was just added to this event. Also if you go to Carmen Rizzo�s Myspace he has the gig listed in his calender.

Does anyone have any more information about this? First Daft Punk now Underworld this just made my summer!!!!!!!

I'd take it as speculation right now, as folk from Dirty.org have said no. If it's true though, one could expect more stateside shows.

tix are $37 or so but really $50 with ticketmaster fees...

and you can ignore the 'must buy 5 other shows' note on ticketraper.

Whats the capacity of the hollywood bowl? I wonder if you can get garden or terrace tickets. All I saw was seats. I better buy tickets soon because I dont want to be sitting in the back. That would suck. I want to be front and center.

It sells tickets. Even though Underworld could fill it by themselves, whoever's promoting it knows that there's a 120% chance of selling-out if Oakey is booked (no pun intended ).

when Oakie played the Hollywood Bowl 2 summers ago and they had to give away tickets at the end to get it full. but Oakie + Underworld would be no problem.
