Anyone know this hard house tune?

Can anyone remember a hard house tune from about 2 or 3 year ago with a guy talkin in it and he's sayin somethin like "who is gonna look after the hard house scene", and I can remember he says somethin like "Beyond adventurous is John Peel. The only hope of a kick drum lead track above 150BPM". Heard it at Storm ages ago and it's just come back to me. May have been a hardcore tune slowed down tho because they were playin really hard that night...
