Paolo Mojo at The Vanguard

I think I'm the only one that went, but god damn...Paolo was sick!! Didn't care too much for Richard Vission's set, not really my style. He had the room packed though, same with David Garcia. I feel for Paolo, he really deserves better gigs than this. By the time he got on it was a little past 2am, he had the floor for a while but by 3am it was pretty empty. Too bad too he was throwing down! A few new Eric Prydz tracks, Shadows, as well as what I can only assume are some new Paolo tracks. Hot stuff.

I made a comment about him playing a lot of Eric Prydz stuff (tracks & remixes) and asked if he was secretly Eric. His response, "I'm his flying alter ego"

Werd...Paolo always gets a late slot when everyone's out of energy. Hopefully soon he can headline.

I was surprised how quickly the dance floor thinned out after Richard finished. I liked Paolo's tracks a lot more than Richard's. Paolo's tracks sounded great on Vanguard's system and I will definitely check him out whenever he plays again.
