"I was having a private music event with my friends. They broke into my house and I was unable to make them leave. They started to argue, and fought on the street until someone called the police

Basically, you have to fuck the other people over and say they were there ILLEGALLY. They broke in. They forced entry into your home and brought alcohol in with the intent to drink it.

It will royally fuck them because those are all felonies, but they were seriously assholes and should have fucking left when you told them too. They broke and entered, committed burglary (entering a premise with the intent to commit a crime), assault, battery, public nuisance, drunk and disorderly conduct, obstructing a police investigation, obstruction of justice, and the list goes on.

well without saying anything incriminating, here are a few things i wrote down to help when meeting w/ the popo...

"No drinking at my house- I said NO ALCOHOL!
-I let those few people I invited know that this was simple an exhibition of DJ�ing. Completely unaudible outside.

A few people stayed but they are my good friends and were NOT drunk.
-Because there was no alcohol at my house� duh?

Random people showed up, I didn�t know anyone was drunk.
-I don�t know if they brought anything or not. I saw no alcohol.

I asked everyone to leave (except those people I allowed to stay) at midnight.
-I mandated that (most) everyone leave. I did not know that people had been drinking.

People were drunk?!
-wtf

After midnight(ish) I locked the door because people were scaring me.
-Valid because I heard yelling from the people I didn�t know when they left. **aside- this is because the popo knocked at around 2am**

We all went to sleep.
-Woke up & went on living.

all police shit happened out on my street.

1 kid got tasered lol ::
a few people spent the night in the woods
police blockaded my street
they were searching woods w/ flashlights for an hour or two

I'm told the police don't look favorably on ppl with tattoos. So I'd get that one you just put on, off. You might as well make a full confession because it would only take 5 minutes to break you down in the interrogation room.

I'd say +1 , and like Walker said, you might have to screw some of those kids over. But you know what? It doesnt fucking matter, because, they are underage and they were drinking, so imo its on them.

Also, cops like people who talk slowly and apologize alot.

get their advice, especially since, if it's a big enough deal (I'm not gonna read through all that to figure it out), getting a lawyer's input might not be a bad idea. Stuff like that could come back to haunt you, and you want it kept to the absolute bare minimum. Don't try to deal with it on your own, 'cuz they'll probably find out at some point anyways.
