Anyone go to Fly to see Starkillers?

Just wondering if anyone actually made it out to see Terranova last night @ Fly.

I know the Roll Call was pretty dead..and that I really wanted to make it to this...

Anyone have any reviews or anything?

I admit some comments in other threads are necessary, but this one was appropriate...

I stopped into Fly on the way to play my set at Sonic last night and hung out with Nick in the booth for a while, then spent an hour on the floor and almost didn't leave in time. He was tearing it up!! He dropped his new Stevie Nicks remix of "Stand Back", SIKK track. It was smart of Fly to book him and introduce him to the city since it was his first time here, by doing so introducing him right away to the gay clientele is great so they will come out and support again when he comes back and plays the Guv perhaps or elsewhere.

NIce. Thanks for the review. I am so pissed that I had to miss it. I was listening to Starkillers/Terranova stuff all the way to work and back yesterday.

me too, a friend said it was just one of those nights were everyone got trashed alittle to early on in the nite... it seems GHB is making a slight return to fly.

but for the longest time, u didn't see or hear of G outs at Fly... and in the past couple of weeks, they've been all over the place.. culminating with the steady ems pit stop on saturday

Anybody who remembers the "Meow days" remembers the unfortunate (mass) introduction of G into Toronto's club scene. It's sad to see it making it's way back into (what is and hopefully still will be) a vibrant scene.

Zombies are nice, but only on Halloween.
