what kind of accent do you have?
i have a small bostonian accent. i don't pronounce r's in certain words, but i think my accent is a lot more toned down than most bostonian accents.
there = theya
over = ova
more = mowa/ mora (ish)
i pronounce harvard sometimes as "harvard" or "harvid"
"you looking for directions to harvid? it's ova theya to the right of the cowana (corner) stowa"
I have the midwestern United States accent (usually considered to be the lack of an accent). I guess since I have been living down in Georgia for eleven years I may have picked up a bit of a Southern accent with some things, but for the most part I've maintained the boring one.
"American Broadcast English," the accent that most Americans perceive as "neutral" or "having no accent."
And I've lived in Texas nearly all of my life.
Wisconsin.
I say (apparently) "bay-gul" instead of "bay-gel."
I use the word "Soda."
And hold the world record for most "you betcha's" in a single year.

aya!!!! i don't really like the nasally "ahh" sound that i hear in illinois. i have relatives in illinois and they have that.
pop = "pahp"
no offense though. i'm sure bostonan accents prbably grate on more people's nerves, lol.

A hybrid of two, predominantly London but it has a hint of Midlands too.

thick Mongolian accent with a hint of decadence
American Broadcast but with British pronunciation, so:
Dance = dah-ince, not day-ince
Router = rooter, not r-ow-ter
I don't sound particularly British as I grew up in South Africa.
