[Deep, Progressive, Tech House] Adam Vana - Into The Deep (CD Mix)
So last mix I posted, well let's just say it had a lot going on. This one is different in many ways. This is my first CD promo since getting my CDJ1000s about a month ago for one, and also it's the shortest promo I've made - 12 tracks in just 50 minutes. Also this mix is a lot tighter thematically than any of my others probably.
This mix is deep and progressive, with some old school vibes. I think it might appeal to a range of audiences because there's a little something for everyone.
There is a surprise at the end.
Thanks for listening, and I hope you are bouncing around like I was mixing it!

Downloading!... will leave some feedback soon.
Looks cool, checkin it out...
While I was making a 6 hour drive earlier today and I put this mix in my car I got an idea for a little surprise at the end of the last track, so I am uploading the new file right now...
Ok, the link has been updated, surprise is in place.
Thanks to those who have already downloaded!
the tracklist does lokk all over the place - i'm dl/ing this cause track 6 is on it, great one
I had a listen and I really enjoyed it... definetly somthin different then from the usual electro mixes people post on here. Really good flow and choice of tracks, keep it up!
Thanks - I really appreciate every download, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Grabbing this now, sir. I'll try to give it a listen today at work.
Cool!
Hey how is the download speed/stream reliability? I had someone tell me it was shitty, but in the past I've had no trouble putting my stuff up through the internet archive.

Awesome mix mate, really enjoyed it.
Tracklisting was ace, especially the Kritical Audio track, sounds very Aphex Twin-esque. There were a few tracks that I hadn't heard before and have subsequently been added to the Beatport crate. Was the "Unspecified Soliloquy" from Human Traffic? The voice sounds really familiar!
The mixing was really good overall, there were a couple very minor slips but they were soon remedied and on the whole it was pretty much bang on.
All in all a very, very good mix. I've enjoyed both your Music For Jungles and Groove Therapy mixes, and this one gets added to that list too. Gets a big thumbs up and definately looking forward to future mixes from you!
That's a tracklist and a half
In!
@Rebel - thanks for the kind words. You guessed right on the solliloquy... first time I saw that movie I was like, god that was beautiful, I am going to sample that and play it just after peak time at a house party. Really love krupp - it's a little short which makes it a bitch to mix since I like hanging in for a long time, so I kind of made it easier by playing it right off the bat mashed with the newworldaquarium piece. I see a lot of play for the minilogue remix but I like the original.
I've been compiling my music for jungles two mix since I did the last one, and I probably won't get around to mixing it until early may but suffice to say I am getting really excited about it!
Thanks for listening guys
d/ling
D/ling this mix while I'm studying at the UCSD library, hopefully this ish will get my head boppin.
On now
A bit short, but I like. I downloaded it mainly for chatterbox. Great tune with a nice vintage feel to it. Good choice!
great track that is: actually i think chatterbox is the track for me that defines the mix, and there is a moment when chatterbox is moving in at like 12:48 that for me is like the definitive moment
I enjoyed most of the set
some nice tracks in it and the mixing is just what it has to be
Thanks for listening. Yeah unfortunately the more I listen to it the more I would agree with your comment about the mixing. It doesn't take away from the flow (or the amazing music I have been able to play), ie it's not bad, but is definitely annoyingly off-kilter in some places. expect it to be right on next time around.
It's always difficult to step back and critique it after you first make it, so your criticism is most appreciated!
at last something unordinary. great set dude
haha thanks i think there are a lot of interesting mixes on TA though compared to what you hear on every other radio show or club night

oh man Kritical Audio - Krupp (Original Mix) is lush!
Overall enjoyable mix. Lost me in the middle a bit, then got me back at Sweat Sour.
Good one
