Can't find a song for over a year"When the rain begins to fall, you know its mystery"

The only partial lyrics I can gauge from memory are ".......................when the rain begins to fall, you know its mystery..." The intro begins with a piano-esque sequence.

Its also not by Nouky or Blue Amazon.. I've been searching for a year, cant find a good lead on it. Any ideas?
