Dear Friends,

Time flies when you're having fun is what they say!
The planning for summer 2002 is almost done. Expect to see me at all major festivals in Holland and the UK and with a residency at the essential clubbing island of Ibiza.

Another challange for me will be the 8 hours set I'll do at the 20th of April in the O in the Hague (Holland).
Definitely hope to see you there!

My radioshow 'A State of Trance' will continue as normal on thursdaynights, but now on primetime: 20.00- 22.00 from the beginning of May.
Last but not least: expect the new AVB004 on the 20th of May, with a releasespecial in the Cubic's Kremlin night on the 18th of May in Amsterdam.

good news from Armin. I must say though, since that 9 hour TiestoSolo ppl are starting to play these huge sets, PvD and now Armin ?! What is going on?!

Well i heard him at gatecrasher for 4 hours, and he was struggling at the end, but still get the amazing set going. But i think he will really find it hard to keep it going for 8 hours, but good luck to him

About those long sets. Its a great thing that they do that, but it's nothing special. A lot of local dj's do it every week.

8 hours is a killer, i manage 2-3 okay but 8 would wreck me, couldnt be arsed to cue up after 6 hours and at 8 id be struglling to put the 12" on the deck. killer!
