Ok so whats the offical rule for bringing both A) a bag and B) a camera to Ultra?

Prob get in with a bag, they may search it. Hide the camera well inside the bag and you're fine. Personally, screw the bag... you'll get sick of carrying it around. Try a slim digi cam in the back pocket or cargo.
