How can i go to sleep?

right, around 22:30 i took a E, sat down behind the pc making some tunes.. its 3:20am now and im still tripping my ass off.. whats a quick way of going to sleep besides hitting my head into a wall and knock out myself? lol

i have a prescription to restoril (temazepam). it's the cousin of xanax.

bout to take that and go to sleep.

so find somebody you know with benzos. they'll knock you out.

i have seriously horrible sleep issues.. i've been prescribed trazadone, sonata, lunesta, ambien (made me sleepwalk), elavil, remeron and clonazepam.

now, like i said they've given me restoril.. this is gonna be my 3rd night taking it but the last 2 nights it's knocked my ass out proper.

the best way i've found to go to sleep when tripping is to wait until i'm not tripping hard anymore... pps, pure mdma shouldn't last more than 4-5 hours

as for making me groggy.. remeron and ambien were really the only ones that did.. the others just didn't work at all..

this restoril is a benzodiazepine with a half life around 8 hours.. so as long as i get 8 hours of sleep i feel fine in the morning.

and the reason i have such bad sleep problems is i take 2 other meds that tend to aggrivate insomnia.

smoke a TON of pot........ and drink the normal ammount u would drink

a nice joint would be nice now... dont got the stuff though. i feel that im starting to trip less harder now then a hour ago.. think i should just wait maybe another hour and atleast try and get about 4/5 hours sleep..
