Can anyone identify the artist/song?

the only lyrics are "surfing on the waves of sound" and something else whispered... i have the mp3, but someone renamed the filename, and the details are not in the file properties... :/

its an awesome song, starts off a little dull in my opinion but gets a lot better in the middle. i'd like to hear more from the author, but i dunno who it is :S

just checked it but no, but i think its still from yahel, release date is i think somewhere 2002-2003
