Looking for old Trance/Techno track with German lyrics, Telecom-like

But Alas, I do not have mp3 sample and I would be like hell glad, if I had!

I will try to describe the track as thoroughly as posssible:

- it's really old one, years 1991 - 1994, and was published in compilations like Thunderdome, Dream Dance or somesuch
- lyrics are in German language, female voice, but no singing, just plainly told text in announcing way
- in socialist countries, telecom operators maintained service "Exact time", where female voice announced the current time. In this track female voice tells the time in German language and it sounds like: "Next signal announces X minutes and Y seconds". I can only remember, that it seemed like it's some kind of countdown.
My very first impression of this song was, that it's some kind of advertisement for Deutsche Telecom in those days.

Please, YOU ARE MY LAST HOPE! I have listened to cca 3000 songs from available Thunderdome and Dream Dance collections, but that search turned out nothing.

For everyone who might be interested, the track I was looking for is The Joker - Zeitansage.
