That's the type of techno I like the most... Suggestions anyone?

Maybe they're not all in exactly the same style, but I've listened to many a mix you've mentioned in your opening post, and listened to and enjoyed these mixes at that time as well.

Chris Liebings live in Belgrade album is quite banging but good fun. was from 2005 iirc. that kanzyani album is also pretty great, still listen to it now
