Take me out to the ballgame...

Take me out to the ballgame
Take me out with the crowd

Buy me some peanuts and crackerjack
I don't care if I never come back
Let me root, root, root for the Tigers
If they don't win its a shame

For it's 1,2,3 Strikes your out at the old ball game!

Baseball 2007

Hell yes!

3-1 middle of the 5th, would hardly call that kicking butt.

Four hits over five innings is less than impressive.

Halladay kicking butt? Definitely.

I haven't followed the Jays in years, but will probably take in a game this year for old times sake.

sport? hardly.

other than the pitcher and the catcher who play catch all day, noone really does any physical activity. they all just stand around and every 10 minutes or so one of the 20 guys on the field catches a ball. oh and every 10 minutes or so the batter has to run about 10 feet.WOW easy there wouldn't want to break a sweat!

there is more physical activity in golf than in baseball.

So... cricket is not a sport either?

I love it when people who don't know jack shit about baseball try to talk about it.

Aille... ahem....

and regarding cricket... There was some teens playing cricket in the park before my baseball team started showing up for game time. Before we kicked them off, they wanted to show us up that cricket is harder than it looks. Yeah, the ball thrown had different movement when thrown off the ground like that, but I hit a 6 right out of the park on the first swing. I'm sticking to baseball.
