Time Syncronisation Servers

Can anyone give me a list of the BEST Time Servers to sync my Windows XP Pro up to? It can automatically sync up to whatever server you put in the fields. I know that "time.windows.com" just CAN'T be the BEST server in the WORLD, it's only there for you to test out the feature, you can put more values in that slot. So, can someone help me out here? I heard that "time.nist.gov" was good but, I'm not 100% sure. Who knows about this and has tested to see how off this is from the REAL UTC time? Thanks in advance!

im pretty sure time.nist.gov runs off an atomic clock...which is just about as accurate as you can get
