Yes, it's pretty much common-knowledge that Mylo legally sampled old tunes for In My Arms. The tracks are Waiting for a Star to Fall by Boy Meets girl from 1988 and Bette Davis Eyes by Kim Carnes from 1981.

Amusingly, both sampled artists demanded 50% of the track's royalties, meaning Mylo made bugger-all money from the track.
