does anyone know a monologue speech from the movie VAMPIRE IN BROOKLYN about necessary evil?

it goes like "evil is good, ass is good, and if you get some evil ass......WHOOOO"

Armand Van Helden - Necessary Evil....also has that speech but its hard to understand it.
