Prodigy - Smack my ******* up [Thrillseekers Remix]

You can listen this new remix by Steve Helstrip in Yaz - Synthology 026 at crystalclouds.com.

It doesn�t release any kind of "Thrill" in me...i'm a fan of Steve Helstrip, but for me this one is only crap.

WTF!!! I love remixes, of any kind.. But Prodigy, should be left untouched!

You've got to be fucking kidding me.

I miss the old Thrillseekers sound!

why is everyone remixing this track, leave it alone and just play it as it is ffs, it's still a tune and works properly on the dancefloor

see the problem is...when you play crappy music...you can't put in one sweet ass song...so you have to crap it up too




this is just about the last person who should've attempted remixing this...wow

The original has to be one of my all time favorite EDM tracks.

the original was never anything special compared to previous prodigy tracks and the remixes sure as hell won't add anything to it. you can't polish a turd no matter how hard you try or what you use.

Smack By Bitch Up + Thrillseekers sounds like a bizarre combination to me, unless this is something that sounds very unlike previous Thrillseekers stuff.

exactly how i feel. i never thought the original was in any way special. we seem to be in the minority though.

definitely but there's no shame in it. We don't hate because of the artists or on a personal grudge, just on the quality of the particular track(s)

so is this remix (and the one by richard durand.. sorry for the foul language) actually going to be released or will it remain unreleased?

why do I even bother hoping for the latter

this really is a weird combination, and the result doesn't really appeal to me at this first listen... however it's good when artists try something different, even if doesn't work out the way i would like it to be!


ps. at least steve helstrip took more time and effort to do a remix then richard durand did...

Armin dropped the Richard Durrand remix yesterday and it was an absolute bomb.

Ah the hell with you. It's a scorching track, and I've heard just about every Prodigy track that came prior to it. God only knows what this remix is all about though.

I do like the prodigy but i was never a fan of this track ever. If you don't like that, then fine, but if you can't put up a rebuttal without personally insulting me or my tastes, then you're obviously unfamiliar with the word "opinion"

I can't believe there's a thrillseekers remix, it just sounds perverse to even think about it.

Awful! Why producers cant get in there head, matter how you remix this track it will sound like fucking CRAP!!!! This track doesnt need a fucking remix! Doesnt even fit the fucking trance scene!
