That's Daler Mehndi one of the recent greats of India Pop/Bhangra. I love his tracks. The productions are a little more Indian than Western (especially compared to Punjabi MC or Bally Sagoo who work out of studios in the UK)

But nonetheless, most of his tracks rock and can set the dancefloor on fire.
