I'm interested in how she worked Harrowdown Hill in there.

Nice, thanks for the info.

It has to be an edit of Harrowdown Hill. I might be wrong though, like with Solemn Thirsty on At The Controls Vol. 1. I'm still on a toss up on that too since I really think it fits well on that comp, but listening to the original, it feels a bit too pitched up. Guess you'd have to expect that with it coming right after a track like Gebrnn Gebrnn.

...and with that tangent over...

I plan to get this.

Looks rather stimulating I must say.

Looks tasty.

They misspelled Estroe's name on the cover..

Apart from that, seems like a half decent mix. Might give this a listen soon.

Noticed that as well. This looks quite dull and inoffensive tbh, her sets were far more interesting and took far more chances 4-5 years back.

Guess I'm not familiar with her shit from 4-5 years ago, but I really enjoyed this comp. Her mixing towards the end was absolutely on point, and the way she worked Harrowdown Hill in there was perfect. This mix builds the tension up ever so slightly, and then brings it right back down without getting too choppy. I really liked it.

Definitely a must have... purchasing this one soon.

Great, unbelievable flow throughout the whole disc, I just loved it.

Kidding.

Solid CD.

I don't recognize a single artist on that comp.

Can anyone tell me what style genre this is?

Posted by IpLaYWiTLiGhTs on Apr-17-2007 07:59:

First two tracks didn't really grab my attention and kinda killed my willingness to listen to the rest of the CD, but I continued anyways...

Now on track 6 and can say that I'm glad I stuck it out. I don't know if it's because I'm keeping busy while listening to it, but the flow is really nice.

BTW, the genre is minimal/tech house for the poster who asked.

And Berlinette was the shit. Come to think of it She's one of the few 'oldtimers' who has always kept to her own thing and never let me/us down
