How much should an overnite crew member @ mcDs should make an Hour

Yea i got this job bout 2 mounth ago and im only making 6.50 an hour for an "overnite grill/cashier/evertying else/ crew person(yes i do evrything by myself to get the store clean). cuz i kno that the people in the afternoon shift making the same amount as me and their job is abc compared to mine yall think thats right or no and im only doin this job so i could pay for some shit but if anybody works at McDonalds how much yall make an hour cuz i dont think its right for me to get these burns and cuts and wet unifroms for an overnite shift for 6.50 an hour job

it's difficult to answer with a specific monetary value but I believe you should be getting one and a half times what a regular wage is.

You should be getting minimum wage, it's fuckin Mc Donalds.

I don't think it's messed up at all. It's probably your first job, you're 15 working at a fast food resturant. It's one of the lowest of low jobs, I don't think they should be paid more than minimum wage to start out with. Wage increase as you work, as with any other job.

true same thing i was thinking and i was thinking i could go to the big people and complain bout this and ask for a bigger pay but i dont know what they might do though

Actually, i don't even know what the minimum wage for my province is

I've never made minimum wage so I don't really pay much attention to it but I think it's 7.50$/hr ish.
They want to make it 8.00$/hr and within the next three years make it up to 10.00$/hr and you know what that means? As soon as min. wage goes up so does the cost of everything else so the people who complain they can't live off what they make now still won't be able to then.

i just hate seeing these CEO's making millions a day then giving a little piece of that to the people that are actually doing the hard work and shit. its all greed though.

You have a lot to learn, seriously. If you have the chance take economics in school ( if they offer it ).

I know people who have worked at mcdonald's making 10+ dollars an hour but they were in big cities like Chicago and New York.
