Smiling Frog

The first 84 mins or something like that are played by Ferry Corsten. He finishes with Gouryella - Tenshi. After that some tracks are played by ferry and some are played by some other dude. Im not sure who this other dude is called tho.

The first 11.5 minutes are from an unknown DJ (maybe Radio 538 threw the mix in), the NEXT 89 minutes are from Ferry Corsten (I'm including the last track (cool down), which is Aquanauts - Deep Sea), and the final 30 minutes are from DJ Cross. The Announcer/Emcee says it. The file just CUTS OFF at the 131 minute, 47 second mark, though. You never hear DJ Cross end his mix as it's cut short. Does anyone have the FULL DJ Cross mix? I'm searching for it.

all I know is that some WANKER has cut the set....

because I've been wondering this as well... but back in the days ( ) on napster the file used to be 189 minutes!! and that I believe included the FULL sets of DJ jean (before ferry) and (partially??) DJ cross (after)... good sets... allthough I haven't got every minute of it...

I think if you download the dj jean @ trance Energy 30-4-2000 you might find in the end of that set the beginning of yours...(not sure!!!)(and yes I know, dj jean = wanker, but that, I must agree, is a pretty good set (especially the part around minute 30)

for all of this: correct me if I'm wrong...

That file had to be much bigger than 189 minutes because 4 DJs were broadcasted:
1. DJ Jean (unknown amount of time)
2. Marco V (88 minutes, 21 seconds including intro)
3. Ferry Corsten (101 minutes including the extra in the beginning and Aquanauts - Deep Sea at the end)
4. DJ Cross (At LEAST 30 minutes)
That's only what I heard in the announcement between Aquanauts - Deep Sea and the beginning of Cross' performance. I don't if he said it in the order of which it was broadcast, though... I have to DL the DJ Jean set to try to prove this... I wonder if anyone has he WHOLE broadcast as ONE file... If so, I NEED IT! Where can i find this on AG?

There's also a set of:

DJ Jowan (winner of the DJ Contest) Live @ Trance energy 29-04-00

of this event.

He played between jean and marco. But his perfermonce was only 30 minutes.

grtz.

Thanks! So, the correct order is:
1. DJ Jean
2. DJ Jowan
3. Marco V
4. Ferry Corsten
5. DJ Cross

What contest was this? Also, I noticed that Marco V's set just fades out in the middle of the last track. And there are NO "extras" at the end of his set. The extras that are in his set are at the beginning when there's some "robots" talking about "Party Factor X" and "You have reached Party Factor 7". What does all that mean?

It was on contest organised by Radio538, and that guy won it, and earned himself 30 minutes of fame @ TE. Cool huh?

About that: "Party Factor X" and "You have reached Party Factor 7"
That was in the beginning of marco's set. The DJ Booth was an huge UFO. And it went 10 metres in the air at the beginning of marco's set. Very cool. Also a curtain with al kind of little shiny star's went on, so it looked if you were in outher space. (i was @ this party )

DJ Jowan = DJ Joan. The guys from the release group mislabeled it...... So that's the set you're missing....

grtz,

yeah, i have the same version, 131:47

Ferry Corsten:
01. Impact--Inspiration (Behind The Mirror EP)
02. Ron Hagen & Pascal M--On Stream
03. Alibi--Eternity (Innercity Mix)
04. Blank & Jones--The Nightfly (Transa Remix)
05. Moogwai--Viola (Armin Van Buuren Mix)
06. Chicane feat. Bryan Adams--Don't Give Up (Original Mix)
07. Body Shock--Full Moon
08. System F--Cry (DOTNL Mix)
09. Luis Paris--Incantation (Original Mix)
10. Push--Till We Meet Again (Album Mix)
11. Deepsky--Stargazer (X-Cabs Remix)
12. Clubmasterz--Cyberdrive (Syntone Airforce 1 Remix)
13. Gouryella--Tenshi (Original Mix)
14. The Aquanuts--Deep Sea (Ab & Luis Mix)

DJ Cross
01. ID
02. ID
03. The Act--Something About U
04. DJ JamX--Keep It That Way
05. ID
06. ID
07. ID

it appears that DJ Cross played 7 tracks, though i'm not sure our 132-minute set includes all of them. but that would be more than an hour, wouldn't it?

thank you so much...and 7 tracks for DJ Cross seems about right...if Ferry spun for about 89 mins that leaves about 43 mins for 7 tracks (6 mins per track)...now if we could only ID them...

impact - inspiration is not the track that i'm looking for...i need to one at the very very begining right after the trance energy radio announcement...it has sweet vocals (...you could never make me love you more...)...thanks for all the other stuff

I HAVE THIS TRACK!!!! It's acctully 2 tracks:
The first is only a 2 minute intro of Sunscreem - Love U More (Slam Mix).
So, that set lineup for the file "Ferry Corsten - Live at Trance Energy on 2000-04-29" goes: (EDITED AT 05:05 (BST TIME) ON 2002/04/10)
1. (00:00 - 02:39) - Beginning of "Sunscreem - Love U More" (Cuts off at 02:39 and next track plays)
2. (02:39 - 11:47) - UNKNOWN TRACK
3. (11:47 - 101:30) - Ferry Corsten's Set (13 of the 14 tracks were mixed by Ferry Corsten, the 14th track is Aquanauts - Deep Sea (Ab & Luis Mix)
4. (101:31 - 131:47) - DJ Cross' Set (7 tracks were played (numbers 3 and 4 are known, tracks 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 are unknown) before it cuts off at 131:47, which was in the middle of track 7).
