please help with these tunes

I was wondering if anyone could help me with some old tunes that i've been after for years. Only problem is, I dont know the names or artists, but i can describe them to you.

The first one is an early/mid nineties club track that has the Rose Royce/Carwash sample in it, and its got a guy singing "to the hip, the hop, the hippy..."

The second one is an early/mid nineties club track that has the "Bolero" music in it.(like Torvill & Dean's music)

The third one is a long shot, there was an old song from the seventies called "The Crunch" by "The Rah Band". I Heard a DJ Playing a White Label dance version of it in the mid nineties, but never found out who it was by.
