Disgusting. Why are you scratching in public? We don't want to see that. If you HAVE to at least do it behind a shelf, tree, car or get someone to do the "Wedgy wall" for you. I think it's is disgusting when a WOMAN scratches her self in public, like...is it really necessary?

Because dandruff is dry flakes of skin off your scalp. You don't have a scalp anywhere but your head which = no dandruff any where else.
