Hair Testing:-
MDMA is detectable with hair tests and there are at least two drug testing companies (Psychemedics and Quest Diagnostics) which include it in their standard hair test. Hair tests generally take the most recent 1.5 inches of growth and use those for testing. That provides a detection period of approximately 90 days. If an individual's hair is shorter than 1.5 inches, this detection period will be shorter.
If you dont mind me askign where do you work, that you are required to take a drug test???
It's not for me. But someone else is getting a physical done for something government related and they are worried that drugs may show up in their system. I told the person it will only show up if they TEST for drugs, and not in a physical.
hmmm interesting question..
I just know that all the people i know that got work visas to work in the states had to be drug tested. All used the hair test.
I know some of the jobs at the airport you get drug tested...

This is the most recent precedent I can find in drug-testing case law.
An interesting read if nothing else.

| Originally posted by Big Boss Correction on your attempted correction. It is a RANDOM TEST. The person took something because we were at Stereo for Chus and Ceballos and Red Bull wasn't keeping them away. And then the person was informed they had to take a random test. Even if the person tests positive, they can say it was Nyquil or something. Obviously, if they knew they would be tested, they wouldn't risk it. Smart ass. |
