1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apt in the Annex for rent

Hey everyone,

I've got a bedroom in my two bedroom apt in the annex coming up for availability June 1st. Its a great place, 15th floor facing south, big balcony. I already have the place furnished so no need for that. The room is 12' X 10' with a window facing west.

- Its 30 seconds to the Spadina subway line, and 5 minutes to the LCBO, 24hr Dominion, Bloor Street.
- There is a 24hr laundry room in the basement.

The cost is $700 a month with utilities in, and half the digital cable / high speed internet bill which is about $55 a month.

The only caveats are that I have a cat who is super cute, but doesn't get along too well with other animals, so no more animals. And I'm quite tidy, so you'll have to be very clean. Like everyone else I work during the week so no crazy partying during then, but the weekends are open.
