Unknown Awesome track

Hey I heard this track in the Fast and The Furious Tokyo Drift extra features part on the dvd, love the trancy track to it but have no clue what it is, cant even google the lyrics cause i cant hear exactly what they are saying. Here the link and sorry its on Yousendit but its already bad enough quality.
